The Lorma Colleges Online Learning Center is the technical backbone of the MAN Online Program. A Course Management System is in place to allow for the speedy delivery and retrieval of learning resources such as lectures, assignments, and reading supplements thru the internet. Interactive research study and hands-on tutorials are available as well. A Learner Support Service system is in position to provide assistance should the student encounter difficulties in accessing learning resources

GRADUATE SCHOOL STUDENTS

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To be allowed to enroll in a masteral program, the applicant must:

  • a) have a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from an institution of a recognized standing,
  • b) be a registered nurse,
  • c) presently employed or employed for at least 6 months to one year as a nurse in any    field of nursing
  • d) have taken the required examination (CGE) and have been personally interviewed
    • e) submit the following documents:
    • e.1. original transcript of records (OTR) with S.O.
    • e.2. work permit from present employer
    • e.3. submit an affidavit that he/she is a full-time student duly notarized (only for those who wish to enroll 12 units during the 1stand or 2nd semester and 9 units during summer)
    • e.4. marriage certificate (female students)

Foreign students must submit the following:

a) verified xerox copy of student visa, b) verified Xerox copy of alien certificate of registration (ACR), c) eligibility for admission from the Commission on Higher Education Division (CHED, Manila), d) permit to study.

Transferees

The units earned by a transferee prior to his/her enrollment may be credited provided the course descriptions are basically the same with the subjects in Lorma Colleges and only up to the maximum of 12 units. Provided further, that the courses to be credited were taken within the last two (2) years.
